Wellness Wednesday!

Post marathon, headed into spring ready to reset and replenish my mind and body. Since running the Boston Marathon on 4/15, I have had a lot of time for reflection, not just on running but on life. I often question my purpose, and I keep coming back to wanting to help people feel good. No matter if it’s running and fundraising for MGH, teaching meditation

and yoga, sharing reiki, or working with my health coaching clients, I always come back to my why. I want people to know that they should never still feel stuck, there is always a path forward. Each Wednesday this spring, I will share tips on my social media pages on setting yourself up for a beautiful spring and summer ahead. I will also be offering virtual and in person pop-ups in addition to my regularly scheduled yoga and meditation classes.
