Embracing Change of Seasons: Cultivating Wellness and Flow Amid Family Transitions

As summer's warmth gives way to fall’s crisp air, many of us face significant changes. This transitional period doesn't just involve a shift in weather; it often mirrors our personal lives, routines, and priorities. For my family, this fall marks a notable transformation. Our two oldest children are off to college—one starting her freshman year and the other, her senior year—while our youngest is beginning her freshman journey at a new high school. These adjustments create a whirlwind of emotions and experiences.
However, change is also an opportunity for growth. I want to share how I’m harnessing this energy to enhance my wellness offerings.
The Beauty of Transition
Change can be overwhelming, particularly when it involves our loved ones. Watching your children step toward independence elicits a range of feelings. I'll admit, I felt nervous about the shifts happening in our family. Yet, I learned that embracing life's flow is vital. Just like leaves changing color and falling, we must let go of what no longer enriches our lives.
This season, I’ve focused on giving myself grace. Feeling a little lost amidst chaos is perfectly normal. My “birds” are ready to soar, and I’m here to support their growth while tending to my wellness.
Reestablishing Routines
Amid the busyness of school schedules and new beginnings, maintaining our wellness routines can easily fall by the wayside. However, consistent self-care is crucial during transitions.
I'm thrilled to be back, offering wellness programs through yoga, reiki, sound healing, and meditation. These practices help ground me and allow me to share positive energy with others. I've been teaching Wednesday evening classes at the Chelmsford Community Center, where both sessions are full. The energy in the room is uplifting, witnessing yogis reconnecting with themselves and each other.
New Offerings for Fall
You’ve expressed interest, and I’m responding! I’m excited to introduce a new four-week Monday night series at my home. This series will delve into mindfulness, breathwork, and gentle movement, all vital aspects of wellness.
Whether you're an experienced practitioner or just starting, this series is tailored to meet you where you are. It’s a great chance to cultivate community while prioritizing your well-being.

Join me for a 4-week journey of healing and renewal through yoga, energy, and sound. Each class will include:
✨ Grounding breathwork to center the mind and body
✨ Gentle flow to release tension and restore balance
✨ Restorative poses for deep relaxation
✨ Reiki energy healing to support inner harmony
✨ Sound healing and mantra meditation to soothe and uplift
This series is designed to calm the nervous system, open energy pathways, and guide you back to balance and wholeness. All levels are welcome — no prior experience needed.

$30 drop-in (space permitting)
Personalized Wellness Sessions
In addition to group classes, I offer private meditation sessions customized to individual needs. Each session incorporates personalized mantra calculations, helping you align with your intentions.
