Welcome Spring

Dear Friends,
Spring is on the way… and at times we can feel it! Just like life, we often take one step forward, one back. Mother Nature seems to be doing the same thing to us.
We just moved through the Spring Equinox, a time that has been the heartbeat of my classes lately
releasing the heaviness of winter, letting go of what no longer serves us, and creating space for what is ready to bloom.
This season always mirrors life so perfectly. There’s a soft invitation to slow down, reset, and trust what’s unfolding.
At home, we’re stepping into a full and meaningful season—
✨ Marathon Monday is approaching (always such an inspiring and emotional day for our family)
✨ And our oldest is graduating from college… a huge milestone
With all of this, I’m leaning even more into what I believe and teach:
I don’t just preach it—I live it.
I know April and May will be busy, so I’m intentionally carving out time for movement, meditation, and self-care—because that’s what keeps me grounded, energized, and present through it all.
And I invite you to do the same 🤍
