I’ve had such a wonderful summer doing what I love most—spending time on the Cape with family and friends, enjoying lots of beach time, and, of course, plenty of running and yoga.

As summer begins to wind down and the days become just a little shorter, I’m trying to savor every bit of these last few weeks. I have10 more days with all three of our girls home, and I’m soaking it all in—the slower mornings, beach days, family time, and the simple moments that make summer so special.

While I’m never quite ready to say goodbye to summer and the Cape, there is something I love about September. Beautiful days, cooler mornings and evenings, and a little more structure and routine returning to our home. The transition reminds me of one of my favorite word- impermanence, we must embrace change, and welcome whatever is on its way for us. The best is always yet to come…

I’m excited to return to a fuller schedule of yoga and wellness offerings this fall, with classes in my home studio and in the community. I’ll also be offering some special pop-ups throughout the season!
