Small Group Meditation-Be the best version of yourself in 2022

As we near 2022 and prepare to leave 2021 behind, it’s time to cultivate new intention that will set us up to thrive in the New Year. Intentions should be reasonable, realistic, and sustainable. Often we set lofty goals for the New Year that lost only a few days or weeks. This year, try something new. Together we will set reachable intentions that will stick with us well into 2022. A key component to reaching our true potential is having a meditation practice. Strong bodies and nutrition are important to a healthy life, but if you don’t have an exercise to strengthen your mind, then it will be difficult to stick to a plan in the 2022. Meditation is the key to setting yourself free to create the life of your dreams. If you’d like to develop or deepen your meditation practice, join me for a four week journey. We will meet virtually on Sunday evenings (1/9, 1/16, 1/23, 1/30) from 7-7:45 pm. Also included will be access to my 30 minute Tuesday evening meditations from 7-7:30 and Thursday morning 7:15-7:45 am which are also recorded if you cannot be there live.


WHO IS THIS FOR:

Anyone looking to set intentions and meditate in a supportive group. All are welcome, you don’t need any prior experience.


WHY:

We all strive to show up and be our best, truest selves. Mediation provides a journey back home to who you truly are. It can assist you in releasing anxiety and depression and helping you live in the present now moment. Meditation has countless benefits!


WHAT:

Four weekly Sunday evening sessions- which include setting intentions, breath work, gentle movements, guided mantra based meditations and sound healing. (Sessions will also be recorded)

Access to six twice a week 30 minute meditation sessions- also held virtually and recorded.

When: Sundays 7:00-7:45 pm 1/9, 1/16, 1/23, 1/30


Optional: Tuesdays 7:00-7:30 pm 1/11, 1/18, 1/25

Thursdays 7:15-7:45 am 1/13, 1/20, 1/27
