Mid Fall Offerings

Transitions from one season to another can be difficult. This year, as I move from summer to early fall toward winter, I am inviting in the six pillars of health- mediation, movement, nutrition, emotional well-being, grounding, and sleep/rest. It certainly is a destination that we can't expect to arrive at in one day. Anyone who has worked with me before, knows my motto, little by little, a little becomes a lot. As I planned out my offerings this fall, I kept in alignment of this theme of finding balance by taking small, effective steps to increase sustainability with new habits that we may welcome in.
I am wrapping up my health coach training at the Chopra Center over the next week. For the last several months, I have delved into Ayurvedic nutrition, focusing on the six pillars mentioned above. In addition, I am continuing to incorporate reiki healing into my daily work and teaching several yoga classes around the community. Still enjoying teaching all ages from preschool to assisted care.
