Meditation and Intention Setting Series Begins 1/9!

Join me for a 21 day journey in setting sustainable and attainable intentions as we begin a new year. Each week we will focus on developing steps to create more of what you desire into your life, paired with meditation, in order to invite in abundance. We will discuss, journal, stretch gently and utilize grounding breath work.

Classes will be held on zoom, Sunday, 1/9, 1/16, 1/23, 1/30 (7-7:45 pm). Access to my drop in meditation sessions during the week as well- Tues. 7-7:30 pm and Thurs. 7:05-7:30 am.

All sessions will be recorded and shared.
