Summer is on the horizon, bringing longer days and warmer weather. What better way to welcome this vibrant season than by joining energizing yoga sessions? After the long weekend, it's the ideal time to refresh and reconnect your body and mind.

Virtual All Levels Flow Sessions


Start your week on a calming note with our virtual flow classes every Tuesday evening. To celebrate Memorial Day, we are excited to offer four sessions for just $50.


These sessions begin on May 27th and continue on June 3rd, June 10th, and June 24th, from 7 PM to 8 PM via Zoom. Open to all levels! Classees will be recorded, so if this time doesn't work for you, you can practice anytime.


Picture this: after a fulfilling practice, you lie in savasana, fine-tuning your breath as the sun sets outside, and a gentle breeze drifts through your window.


In-Person Gentle Flow and Sound Healing


If you prefer an in-person experience, we have cozy small group sessions every Wednesday evening. This is a wonderful chance for relaxation through gentle flow, restorative poses, and the soothing art of reiki and sound healing techniques.


With only one space left, you need to act quickly to secure this unique opportunity! Each series runs for four weeks: May 28th, June 4th, June 11th, and June 18th, from 6 PM to 7 PM at my welcoming home studio. At just $75 for all four sessions, you’ll receive this luxurious self-care experience.


Imagine being surrounded by relaxing sounds from singing bowls as you release tension and reconnect with yourself.
