As spring gives way to summer, it presents a wonderful chance to refresh our minds and bodies. May and June are ideal months to dive into wellness practices together. As my regularly scheduled classes wind down for the summer, I am offering new opportuntnies to continue to practice together. You can choose from the supportive environment of my home studio or the comfort of your own space. Let’s explore how these offerings can benefit you.
In-Person Classes
Experience Boutique Style Yoga
Love the feel of small, customized yoga classes and a community atmosphere? My home studio in Burlington provides a cozy setting with top-quality yoga props designed for a relaxing experience.
In-person classes, catering to a maximum of five students. This small group size is perfect for personalized attention, allowing you to grow while connecting with others in the class.

Wednesday Evenings | 6:00–7:00 PM
- Investment: $25 Drop-In | $75 for All 4 (Special Offer: One Class Free!)

- 5/28 – All Levels Vinyasa Flow
- 6/4 – Gentle Flow & Stretch with Reiki + Sound Healing: Enjoy soothing stretches combined with the healing benefits of Reiki and sound.
- 6/11 – All Levels Flow: Build your strength and flexibility. This class focuses on breath support, helping you to reconnect your body and mind.
- 6/18 – Gentle Flow & Stretch with Reiki + Sound Healing: This repeat session will deepen your relaxation through Reiki and sound, promoting a sense of internal peace.
Each class fosters the opportunity to let go, reduce stress, and embrace a healthier you.
Virtual Classes
Practicing from the Comfort of Home
Prefer to practice yoga and meditation from your own home? These virtual classes are designed for ease and accessibility. Join us and cultivate your practice from anywhere.
Primordial Sound Meditation Series
Tuesdays | 6:00–6:45 PM | 5/27, 6/3, 6/10, 6/24
Investment: $60 for the 4-week series
This series welcomes participants of all experience levels. Each week, you’ll practice gentle stretching, breathwork, and guided meditation, with time for discussion and q&a. This class will meet you where you are in your own practice and help you establish a consistent meditation practice or deepen your existing one.
A personal mantra can be calculated for you if you are new to PSM, making your meditation journey unique and more impactful.
Virtual All Levels Vinyasa Flow
Tuesdays | 7:00–8:00 PM | 5/27, 6/3, 6/10, 6/24
Investment: $75 for the full 4-week series
This Vinyasa Flow class creates balance and strength while releasing tension.
